Effective from 23rd September 2025

1. Video Consultation Fee

• Video consultation: £50.00
  • Payable in full at the time of booking

Payment confirms your appointment and secures your consultation slot.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Video Consultations are not subject to refunds and cancellations.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments can be transferred to a new date or time if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
• Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable.

Any new appointment booked following a late cancellation will require a new £50.00 for video consultations.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee. No refunds or transfers will be offered.

5. How to Reschedule (or Cancel)

Rescheduling (or cancellation) requests must be made:

• by email to clinic@stemcellvet.co.uk, or
• by phone on 0808 501 2643

during normal business hours (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday).

The notice period begins when the request is received.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Stem Cell Vet may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions in exceptional circumstances. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Agreement

By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Modifications and Governing Law

Stem Cell Vet reserves the right to amend these Booking Fee Terms & Conditions at any time.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
